We make full use of the superb locations of our office in Connaught Avenue to promote our clients’ developments across London and beyond.
Our research has shown that over 80% of people buying properties start the process by viewing properties online; therefore, in addition to our excellent network, we use all of the major property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla to reach a national audience.
Unlike other agents, we offer bespoke marketing strategies to our clients.
Finally, the department has access to an extensive database of investors who are contacted on a regular basis with details of new property developments and land. We have great success in disposing of our client's properties.
Renting
No one has the time to register with countless agents and view every property there is in their spare time.
When you register with one of our letting consultants, you will have one point of contact who will get to know you and assess your needs and wants.
From this, they will hunt for the best properties suiting your requirements across our branch network.
Whether that be in London or in the UK your consultant will take you there directly or through our trusted partners at a date and time to suit you.
We suggest you see properties as soon as you can as the rental market is very fast, but don’t worry, your letting consultant will keep you up-to-date with new properties as they hit the market.

We also list our available properties on Airbnb for clients on short and long terms agreements.

Property management
Our Property Management service is aimed at landlords who want a complete 'hands-off approach when letting their property, giving them peace of mind in the knowledge that their property is in the best possible hands.
Our team of Property Managers has extensive experience and knowledge in this field. Along with all the services listed in the service above, Elits AG will:

visit the property a minimum of every 14 weeks, this is a walk-through inspection to ensure that your tenant is looking after the property in general terms

after each visit, report any findings back to you, addressing any issues arising during our inspection, if there are no issues noted we will still advise you that the inspection has taken place, giving you peace of mind in the knowledge that all is well

following your instructions, settle ground rent, service charges, insurance premiums, and any other outgoings arising, deducting this from your net rental income

organize maintenance and repair of the property as authorized by the landlord
Our lettings staff participate in regular testing and audits to ensure we comply with the strict code of conduct, which includes compliance in handling client money, client money protection bonding scheme, indemnity insurance, and complaints procedure.
